The purchaser is responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by their country of residence. Should Christian Zane be invoiced directly from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due which will need to be paid immediately.

Please note that in some countries, when a package is forfeited at customs due to non-payment of taxes, tariffs and duties, it will be seized and not returned. In this case, the customer will not receive any refund. Christian Zane is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Christian Zane to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these charges.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Should there be a delay in shipping, we will let you know via email.

The shipping costs will be charged to the customer and will be part of the total amount to be paid. In case of a return, Christian Zane will refund the total amount paid by the customer (shipping costs included) minus the shipping costs of the return.

Once the purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email where the tracking number of the order will be included. If the item arrived in poor condition, it should be notified by contacting us within 24 hours of receipt to make the claim. You will always have to provide the reference number and a brief description of the product defect, and after this, further instructions about how to proceed will be provided.

Due to the high volume of shipments during the Christmas period, we inform our clients that some delays on deliveries may occur. Orders will be handled by our staff, as usual, however, they may not be delivered on time due to the shipping line, which is –during the Christmas period- overcrowded. Please, allow our forwarders some extra time to deliver the products. We thank you for your patience and understanding and hope this will not cause you any major troubles.

About Free Shipping:

Free shipping automatically applies on orders that are over the amount specified at checkout and in the promotion details. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases.

Gift vouchers and Promotional codes:

  • Vouchers can only be redeemed if the item purchased is of the same value or higher. 
  • Multiple Vouchers can be redeemed under the same account in separate purchases. In order to benefit of a one time shipping fee, the transaction needs to be done in a timeframe of 48h.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full 
  • Christian Zane does not accept any responsibility or liability for lost, damaged, stolen or any unauthorized use of vouchers.
