At Christian Zane, we gravitate towards places that have significant history; palpable in every corner, and yet somehow still untouched by time. This is one of these places. 

A family-owned business in Milan that has been around since 1927, this unassuming establishment is, in reality, a treasure trove of collectables: of vintage stampings made of brass and hand-pressed crystals of awe-inspiring provenance. Every step beckons you further, until you are surrounded by intriguing pieces of which few still exist today, handcrafted by ingenious artists and craftsmen of generations past.

Every step forward, has you travelling further back in time. So many stories to hear and tell within these walls! 

But now, our own story needs to move forward.

After carefully curating the newly acquired treasures, Christian Zane retreats to his atelier to delve deeper, interpret and unearth their mysteries.

The colors and materials will be blended together, with respect to their classic design yet maintaining a contemporary outlook. Like chapters coming together in a novel, or colors blending together in a painter’s palette, these rare finds and painstakingly sourced vintage items will be fused together into something new... A luxurious work of art, as unique as the woman who wears it. 

The emotion and significance these treasured creations evoke, stems from the inherent respect one should have for the history of the materials. For the invisible movements of all the craftsmen and artists who touched and shaped them before.
